Candy AI Pricing in 2026: Plans, Tokens and the Real Monthly Cost

Candy AI pricing has two plans, Premium and Premium Plus. Premium costs $13.99 a month, $8.99 a month on the 3-month plan, or $3.99 a month on the yearly plan, which is billed as $47.88 upfront. Premium Plus costs $59.99 a month, or $18 a month on the yearly plan. Every plan includes 100 or 330 tokens a month, and almost everything beyond text chat (photos, videos, private packs) is paid in tokens, which cost about 10 cents each.

We paid for Candy Premium and checked every price on this page on October 24, 2026. We make Lovi Dream, a competing AI girlfriend app, and say so where it comes up.

Candy AI plans and prices

All plans renew automatically at the same price until you cancel.

What Candy Premium includes

Premium gets you unlimited text messages, your own custom characters, 18+ photos and videos, full Live Action and 100 tokens a month. On the plans page you can raise the monthly tokens to 200 for $6 more a month, or to 300 for $12 more.

Text chat and Live Action are covered by the plan itself. Photos in chat, Shorts episodes after the free ones, private packs, image-to-video and Candy Studio clips all use tokens.

What Premium Plus adds

Premium Plus adds 230 tokens a month on top of Premium's 100, ten times the daily limit on Candy's Elite chat models, bigger memory, user personas, early access to new characters, and 10% extra on every token purchase (on the 3-month and yearly plans only).

The monthly Premium Plus plan costs $46 more than monthly Premium. For that you get 230 more tokens, which would cost about $23 as token packs, plus the bigger memory and Elite chat limits. Premium Plus makes sense if you chat for hours with the Elite models every day. If you only want more tokens, Premium plus the $12 add-on for 300 tokens costs $25.99 a month on the monthly plan.

What Candy AI tokens cost and what they buy

Candy sells tokens at $9.99 for 100, and bigger packs add a bonus, up to 6,500 tokens for $499.99. Here is what things cost in tokens when we tested:

• Voice note from her: 1 token

• Photo she sends in chat: 2 tokens

• Image from the image generator: 4 tokens

• Video from an image: 12, 20 or 30 tokens for 5, 10 or 15 seconds

• Video she sends on her own in chat: 18 tokens (30 if you ask for it)

• Skipping a Live Action level: 10 tokens

• Shorts episode after the 2 free ones: 30 tokens

• Candy Studio clip (5 seconds): 40 tokens

• Outfit from the Candy Shop: 79 to 249 tokens

• Private video pack: 145 to 330 tokens

The 100 tokens that come with Premium buy about 50 chat photos, or three Shorts episodes, or five 10-second videos. They don't cover a single private video pack. Our Candy AI videos guide goes through every video type.

What Candy AI really costs a month

The plan price is only the start. These three examples use the monthly Premium plan ($13.99) and token prices from our test.

If you mostly chat and use Live Action, you'll rarely buy tokens. You pay $13.99 a month, or $3.99 a month if you commit to the yearly plan ($47.88 upfront).

If you watch one full Shorts series a month, you need more tokens. A 10-episode series has 8 paid episodes at 30 tokens each, so 240 tokens. Premium includes 100, and the $12 add-on raises that to 300 a month, which covers the series. You pay $13.99 plus $12, or $25.99 a month.

If you buy a private pack every week, tokens become most of the bill. Four packs at 145 to 330 tokens each come to 580 to 1,320 tokens a month, or roughly $58 to $132 in tokens at 10 cents each, on top of the $13.99 plan.

Is Candy AI free?

Candy AI has a free account, but it's a teaser: 5 messages in total across all characters, one custom character and one image. Without an account, you can browse characters and watch the first two episodes of each Shorts series. Everything else needs Premium.

Payment, cancelling and refunds

The charge shows on your statement as "EverAI", the company behind Candy (EverAI Limited, registered in Malta). The plans page takes Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, and the home page also mentions crypto.

You can cancel any time in your settings, and Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling doesn't refund you. Per Candy's help centre, you only get a refund if you email support within 24 hours of paying, have used 20 tokens or fewer, and paid by debit or credit card.

Two catches are easy to miss. The $3.99 yearly price is charged as $47.88 on day one, and the $9.99 first month renews at $13.99. If you want to try Candy, start with the monthly plan and set a reminder before it renews.

Where Lovi Dream's tokens go further

Lovi Dream is our app, so take this section with that in mind. Candy has a bigger library, and its private packs hold much longer videos (one video of 4 to 7 minutes, against 1 or 2 clips of about 10 seconds on Lovi Dream). Where Lovi Dream does better is token value:

• $9.99 buys 300 tokens on Lovi Dream, against 100 on Candy.

• A Shorts episode costs 30 tokens on both, so it costs about a third as much in dollars on Lovi Dream.

• Private packs cost 20 to 60 tokens.

• Lovi Dream has a Lifetime plan: pay once and never renew, which Candy doesn't offer.

• The first episodes of every Lovi Dream Shorts series play free without an account.
