1. Nature of the Content

All visual depictions accessible through Lovi Dream (the "Service") are computer-generated, synthetic, or AI-generated images. They do not depict actual human beings engaged in any conduct. Because no real performers are involved in the creation of this content, it falls outside the scope of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 18 U.S.C. § 2257A.

2. No Depictions of Minors

Lovi Dream strictly prohibits the generation, upload, or distribution of any content that depicts, or appears to depict, minors in any sexual or suggestive context. All AI-generated characters appearing on the Service are represented as adults aged 18 years or older. Any attempt to circumvent this policy will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

3. User-Generated Content

To the extent that any user-uploaded photographic content depicts actual human beings, the user uploading such content represents and warrants that (a) the depicted persons were at least 18 years of age at the time of creation, and (b) the user has obtained and maintains all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Lovi Dream is not the producer of such user-uploaded content and is therefore not the custodian of records under § 2257.
