1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to our AI companion application (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Our Service provides users with AI-powered virtual companions for conversation and interaction. These AI companions are designed to simulate conversation and provide companionship but are not real people.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some aspects of the Service may be available on a subscription basis. Payment terms will be specified during the purchase process. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period. We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice.

4.1 How to Close or Deactivate Your Subscription

You can cancel or deactivate your subscription at any time directly from your account. Cancellation stops all future automatic renewals and prevents any further charges to your saved payment method. To cancel:

1. Sign in to your account at lovidream.ai.
2. Open the sidebar and click Settings.
3. In the Subscription section, click Manage subscription (or Cancel subscription).
4. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps and, when prompted, confirm that you want to cancel.
5. You will receive an on-screen and email confirmation that your subscription has been canceled.

After cancellation, your premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and your saved payment card will not be used for future renewals. If you paid with cryptocurrency, the subscription will simply not renew at the end of the period; there is nothing further you need to do.

If you also want your payment card details removed from our payment processor, or if you encounter any issue while canceling, contact us at info@lovidream.ai and we will assist within 2 business days. To delete your entire account (and not just the subscription), use Settings → Delete Account.

5. User Content

Our Service allows you to engage in conversations with AI companions. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. By providing content to our Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any existing or future media.

You represent and warrant that your content does not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

Lovi Dream uses AI to generate text and images. We monitor and moderate AI-generated and user-submitted content. By accessing or using the Service, including any AI features (chat, image generation, voice, custom characters), you agree to the rules below. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or termination of your account, and — where the law requires — referral to law enforcement.

6.1 Prohibited Content

You will not generate, request, prompt, upload, share, or otherwise produce through the Service any content that:

• Depicts, sexualizes, or appears to depict minors (any person under 18), including AI-generated "youthful" or age-ambiguous depictions in sexual or suggestive contexts.
• Depicts a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent — including non-consensual sexual imagery (deepfakes), celebrities, public figures, or private individuals.
• Depicts non-consensual sexual acts, sexual violence, rape, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or trafficking.
• Promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, terrorism, mass violence, or extremist activity.
• Provides operational instructions for the creation of weapons (firearms, explosives, biological, chemical, or nuclear), or for hacking, malware, or other serious crimes.
• Constitutes hate speech, incites violence, or harasses any individual or protected group.
• Infringes intellectual property rights, including copyrighted characters, trademarks, or proprietary likenesses.
• Is otherwise illegal under any law applicable to you or to EdgeWorks.

6.2 Prohibited User Behavior

You also agree that you will not:

• Attempt to bypass, jailbreak, or circumvent any safety filter, content rule, or moderation system, or coach the AI into producing prohibited content.
• Submit prompts, images, names, or descriptions designed to evade detection (e.g., obfuscated language, misspellings, coded references) for any prohibited purpose.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, dox, stalk, or impersonate another person.
• Use the Service to generate content for the purpose of fraud, scams, phishing, blackmail, sextortion, or extortion of any kind.
• Scrape, redistribute, or republish AI-generated outputs in a way that misrepresents them as depicting real persons or real events.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs except as expressly permitted.
• Use bots, automation, or any technical means to interfere with the Service or other users.

6.3 Monitoring, Enforcement, and Reporting

We operate automated and human moderation systems that review prompts, generated outputs, and user-submitted content. We may block, remove, or refuse to generate content that we determine violates these rules, even if the rule is not specifically listed above. We may preserve and disclose information about offending content and accounts where required by law or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect users, third parties, or the public.

6.4 General Restrictions

• You will not use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• You will not transmit any material that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable as described above.
• You will not impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• You will not engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service or that may harm the Company or users of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of our company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

8. Content Removal Policy

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful platform. If you believe that any character, conversation, image, or other content available through the Service violates these Terms, our community guidelines, your rights, or applicable law, you may request its review and removal.

How to submit a removal request: Send an email to info@lovidream.ai with the subject line "Content Removal Request" and include:

• A description and link or identifier (e.g., character name or URL) of the content in question
• The specific reason for the request (e.g., violation of Terms, behavior inconsistent with stated rules, intellectual property concern, privacy violation, harassment)
• Your contact information so we can follow up with you
• For intellectual property or impersonation claims, a statement of good-faith belief and, where applicable, evidence of ownership or identity

Our review process: We acknowledge every complaint within 2 business days and will review and resolve all valid requests within 7 business days of receipt. Where a violation is confirmed, we will remove or restrict the content, take corrective action against the responsible account, and notify the requester of the outcome. Where additional information is needed or the matter is complex, we will keep you informed of progress and expected timelines. Urgent reports involving safety, minors, or non-consensual material are prioritized for immediate review.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
