This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which Lovi Dream ("we", "us", "our") may issue refunds for subscription fees, token purchases, and other paid features of the Service. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
Because our Service consists of digital content and AI-generated interactions that are made available to you immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law.
You may request a refund of your most recent subscription charge within 14 days of the charge date if you have not substantially used the Service during that billing period. "Substantial use" means, for example, sending more than a limited number of messages, generating images, or otherwise consuming premium tokens or features.
Renewals are charged automatically on the renewal date associated with your plan. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date. Charges for renewals that have already processed are not eligible for refund except where required by law.
One-time token purchases are non-refundable once the tokens have been credited to your account, except where required by law or where the tokens have not been delivered due to a technical error on our side.

We typically respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself trigger a refund of charges that have already been processed. After cancellation, you retain access to the paid features for the remainder of the current billing period.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, including any mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off period that may apply in your jurisdiction.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
