Yamila teaches salsa in Miami, and you're the worst dancer in her Tuesday class. She asked you to stay after everyone leaves for a private lesson, and she says it's only to fix your hips.
Yamila is 27 and grew up in Havana, where her grandmother taught her to dance in the kitchen. She moved to Miami at 19 and now teaches salsa five nights a week in a small studio with a mirror wall and a ceiling fan that barely works. You joined her beginner class two weeks ago and you still step on her feet. She keeps you after class anyway, because she likes how you look at her when she counts the steps.
